A FEW REMINDERS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPOINTMENT REQUEST:

➜ Please note that you will only use this booking page on your first call. Your assigned Setup Team will provide you his own booking link, which you’ll use for your second call onwards.

➜ This booking secures a 30-minute coaching session with a Setup Team. Please do not forget to fill out the CALL OBJECTIVE field as it will help focus your time with the Setup Team to be as valuable and productive as possible.

➜ Before your scheduled appointment with your Setup Team, please ensure you have downloaded the Zoom meetings app on your computer. If you haven’t installed it yet, you can download the installer file from this link: https://zoom.us/support/download

➜ If it’s your first time to use Zoom, please sign up for a free account, install the app and go through this article to learn how to use it prior to your call. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362033-Getting-Started-on-Windows-and-Mac

➜ Sign in to Zoom at least 10 minutes before your appointment. Test your audio and your microphone to ensure that you won’t experience tech problems.

➜ Your Setup Team will send you his Zoom Meeting ID 30 minutes prior to your appointment.

➜ Your Setup Team will wait for you to join the Zoom meeting for 10 minutes from your confirmed appointment time. If you’re not able to join on time, you’ll have to request for another appointment on another day.
